TOLO Steam Bath Generator Quick Detail:
If one steam generator doesn't have perfect drain system, its quality is always not good enough.
TOLO steam generator use 34" full-bore.(Full-bore: full-bore straight-through type with connection between valve andpipeline or straight pipe, equal sectional area and "0" loss of flow.) It solved the water scale block the drain valve problem.
There has four valves in the steam generator industry. They are manual drain valve, old type automatical drain valve, automatical push-pull drain valve and our 3/4" full-bore auto drain valve. These 3 valves except our 3/4" full-bore auto drain valve, all of them have different problem.
1.Manual drain valve: you have to drain by yourself after each time steam bath.
2.Old type automatical drain valve: the pipe is too small. Once there has some water scale in the water tank. After some months, the drain valve will be blocked.
3.Automatical push-pull drain valve: sometimes it will not push back after it pulled, and there has leakage probelm.
4.At last, our 3/4" full-bore auto drain valve is testing for several years without any problem. Only TOLO steam generator has 3/4" full-bore auto drain valve.
Description:
TOLO-E steam generators have an auto drain down with a self flushing cycle to dump the boiler contents in a controlled manner - at the end of each steaming session the drain valve will open and after a short time the cold water inlet valve will open to give a period of continuous flushing and draining. Flushing and draining the boiler reduces the build up of damaging limescale, cooling the elements before the final drainage helps prolong their useful life.
Electronic controls with a digital display to enable temperatures of 30 to 60 degrees centigrade and time duration 1 to 60 minutes or continual operation with additional keys for a steam room light, keyboard lock, manual drain down etc.Safety features include boil dry protection, thermal overload safety cut out and pressure relief valve.
